Anti-virus protection management
The anti-virus protection management will deal with supplying the client with trusted third-party anti-virus software. It will also include ensuring that anti-virus updates are downloaded and installed. It will deal with scanning and cleaning systems that have been infected with viruses.
System attack management
Today's systems are constantly under attack from the following:

The system attack management will deal with supplying the client with trusted third-party software that will protect the system from the above. It will also include ensuring that updates of the software have been downloaded and are installed. It will also deal with scanning and cleaning systems that have been infected with malicious software.
General System Security management
The general system security management encompasses ensuring that the up-to-date security patches are installed. It also involves the supply and installation of personal or network firewalls.
Lightning Protection
Lightning is a great hazard to all computer equipment especially modems. NIT will arrange ZESCO to come and ensure that the earth wiring is adequate. If it is not, NIT will ensure that the necessary adjustments are made to ensure the correct earth wiring is done. Lightning protection also includes supplying the client with surge protectors and lightning protectors to key equipment.
