Professional PC Maintenance Pack™ is for individuals or organisations serious in securing and maintaining their computer/network investment, the Professional PC Maintenance Pack™ is the appropriate option to choose.

The Professional PC Maintenance Pack™ is all encompassing and includes four of the seven NIT packages. The following services will be provided under the duration of the contract.


From the Protect-it™
Anti-virus protection management
System Attack management
General System Security management
Lightning Protection

From the Check n' solve-it™ The PPCM package offers 24 x 6 hours IT support. This support will be in the form of:
Phone support
Remote Assistance support
Onsite support

Once the problem has been identified, NIT will fix it. For any problems that need the purchase of spare part(s), an additional cost to the contract price will be required.

This service is available for the whole year round with the exception of a few days that will be detailed in the contract.

From the Repair-it™ package
Repairing any of the following equipment that is on contract:
Computer systems (CPU & motherboard, monitor, keyboard, mouse)
Printers
UPS

Any equipment not on contract must be separately paid for.
